i was almost going to give a good review, but then i remembered the bathroom was outdated and not very clean. plus, the restaurant closes way too early, leaving guests like me in dire need of sustenance! and i definitely expected more than just a runny scrambled egg for breakfast. disappointing, really.

the location was really great, right by the river with some nice views. the staff were super helpful, helping us move rooms when needed. our room was clean and had all the basic stuff we needed for our stay. the breakfast was decent but a bit pricey, and the kids ate free. overall, we had a good time exploring the city nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, but we couldn't access it until 15.00.

missingWrote a review on Sept 07
The hotel's proximity to attractions is a plus, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The rooms were clean but lacked sufficient space, especially for families.
The parking situation is problematic. access is tight and often crowded. During my stay, the restaurant hours were limited, which made finding food after a long day difficult. the overall décor and furnishings feel outdated and in need of refurbishment. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which was a real hassle for planning our days. Finally, some basic toiletries were missing, and there wasn’t much in terms of breakfast choices, particularly for vegetarians, with only runny scrambled eggs as a hot option.

The location near the river is quite appealing, with easy access to tram lines and local restaurants. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring any needs were met. the hotel appears worn down and could benefit from refurbishment. the bed positioning was awkward, making it difficult to get in and out. misinformation about the restaurant being closed during my stay left me confused, as it seemed to be operational for some guests. Dinner options required going out, which could be improved.
